유전단백체연구를 통한 조기 위암 치료방안 마련(2019.02 이달의연구자)[1]
- 백 교수는 환자의 유전체와 단백체 분석의 통합적으로 해석하는 연구를 실행 중이다. 위암 발병 원인 분석에 필요한 유전사 수준의 분석 데이터와 단백질 수준의 분석 데이터를 통합하여 '통합적 범주의 조직세포 분석방법(Proteogenomics)'을 마련하였다.
