* 차 교수의 연구 목적은 비컨 시스템으로 사무실 이용률을 높이는 것이다. 그는 공간을 생산적으로 이용하기 위해 예전보다 사무실 1인당 점유면적이 줄었다는 점과 최근 사람들의 업무 방식이 달라졌다는 점에 주목했다.
