코로나19 극복을 위한 한양대 구성원 호소문-

Message from the University to overcome COVID-19-

우리 학교에서 발생한 일련의 코로나19 감염 상황에 대처하면서 서울캠퍼스 모든 구성원 여러분들의 적극적인 협조를 호소하고자 합니다. 최근 확진자 수가 전국에서 500-600명대를 유지하면서, 우리 학교에서도 잇달아 확진자가 발생하고 있습니다. 특히 교내 사무실이 나 연구실에서 감염 전파가 발생한 것으로 추정되는 사례들이 나타나면서, 지금 우리는 그 어느 때보다도 심각한 위기에 직면하고 있습니다. 지금 확산세를 꺾지 못하면 제한적으로나마 확보했던 우리의 일상은 큰 제약을 받게 될 것입니다.

사랑하는 한양 가족 여러분, 최초 감염경로를 알 수 없는 무증상 감염 전파가 증가하는 현재의 상황에서 코로나19 확산을 효과적으로 억제하기 위해서는 우리 모두의 소중한 실천이 중요합니다. 지난 1년여의 기간 동안에 수많은 어려움을 효과적으로 극복할 수 있었던 비결은 여러분 모두의 적극적인 협조와 동참이었습니다. 이제 지친 마음을 추스르고 조금 더 힘을 내어 주신다면 현재의 엄중한 상황도 반드시 헤쳐날 수 있을 것입니다. 이에 감염병관리위원회는 서울캠퍼스 모든 구성원 여러분들께 다음의 예방수칙을 철저히 지켜주시길 것을 간곡히 요청드립니다.

While dealing with a series of COVID-19 infections that have taken place at our school, we would like to request active cooperation from all members of the Seoul Campus.With the recent number of confirmed cases remaining in the 500-600 range nationwide, there have been multiple confirmed cases in our school as well.We are facing a more serious crisis than ever before, particularly with cases suspected to have occurred in school offices or laboratories.If we do not slow the current spread of COVID-19, our daily lives, which we have only just begun to secure, will be severely hampered.
Dear Hanyang families. In the current situation, where the transmission of asymptomatic infections with unknown initial infection route is on the rise, it is critical that we all work together to effectively contain the spread of COVID-19.Your active cooperation and participation has been crucial in successfully overcoming many difficulties over the last year or so. And if you take care of your exhausted mind and encourage your selves a little more, we will be able to overcome the current difficult situation.In light of this, the Infectious Disease Management Committee sincerely asks that all members of the Seoul Campus strictly adhere to the precautions listed below.

1. [QR코드 스캔 및 발열체크 필수] 교내 각 건물 출입 시에 시간과 요일에 상관없이 QR코드 스캔 및 발열체크를 하고 재차 출입 시에도 스캔 및 체크를 꼭 수행하여 주십시오. [QR code scan and temperature check are required] Please scan the QR code and check the temperature when entering each building in the school, regardless of the time or day of the week. Make sure to scan and check when entering the building for the second time.
2. [식사 개인방역 철저] 연구실 및 사무실 내에서는 식사를 자제하고, 부득이 식사를 할 때에는 거리두기 준수, 대화 금지 및 환기를 실시하여 주시길 바랍니다. [Precautions while eating] Please refrain from eating in the laboratories and offices. If necessary, maintain a safe distance. refrain from talking and ventilate the room while eating.
3. [연구실 방역 철저] HYU 거리두기 단계를 준수하여 2단계에서 대학원 연구실 1/3 재택근무를 실시하여 주십시오. [Precautions in laboratories] Please follow the HYU social distance regulations. Make sure that 1/3 of the laboratory members work from home when HYU social distance regulation is at level 2.
4. [마스크 착용 철저] 교내 공용공간, 특히 연구실, 실험실습실, 사무실, 강의실, 기숙사 등에서 올바른 방식으로 마스크를 반드시 착용하여 주시길 바랍니다. [Wearing a face mask] Please wear a face mask in properly way in the campus, especially in laboratories, offices, lecture halls, and dormitories.
5. [대면활동 자제] 학업과 업무 등 필수적인 경우를 제외하고 대면 활동을 최소화하여 주십시오. [Refrain from face-to-face activities] Minimize face-to-face activities except for imperative studies and work.
6. [의심증상 조기검사] 발열이나 호흡기 증상 등 코로나19 증상이 나타나면 즉시 등교를 중지하고 가까운 선별검사소에서 진단검사를 받고, 최종 결과를 받을 때까지 등교중지를 유지하여 주십시오. [Early tests for suspicious symptoms] If you experience COVID-19 symptoms such as fever or respiratory illness, please avoid coming to campus and take the COVID-19 test in a nearby designated test site. Do not come to school until you receive your final result.
